Privacy Policy

This is an English translation provided for information only. The Turkish version is the binding text. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

At Paydaşım (“Paydaşım”, “we”) we care about your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Paydaşım mobile app and web platform, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what your rights are.

1. Data We Collect

When you use our services, we collect the following personal data:

• Identity and contact: full name, email address, phone number.
• Residence details: the property, block and unit number you belong to.
• Financial transactions: dues/payment notifications, payment slip images or PDF documents, amount, receipt number.
• Request and announcement content: the fault/request records you create and the photos you attach.
• Device and notifications: device notification token, device model and platform information, used for push notifications.
• Transaction security: sign-in/session records. Session details are stored encrypted in a secure area on your device (Keychain/Keystore).

2. How We Use Your Data

• Creating your membership and managing your account,
• Dues tracking, payment notification and approval processes,
• Request/fault management and delivering property announcements,
• Sending push notifications,
• Security, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations.

3. Who We Share Data With (Service Providers)

We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing. To deliver the service we share it only with the following infrastructure providers (data processors), and only to the extent necessary:

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage (cloud infrastructure).
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging / Expo: delivering push notifications to your phone.
• Email delivery provider: verification and password reset emails.

These providers’ servers may be located abroad; your data may therefore be processed abroad. Data may also be shared with competent public authorities where legally required.

4. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted. Records that must be retained by law (financial records, for example) may be kept for the relevant statutory period.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and personal data at any time:

• In the mobile app, via Profile → Security → Delete my account,
• or by sending a request to info@paydasim.com.tr.

When an account is deleted, personal data such as your profile, notification records, device notification token and payment notifications are deleted; records required for the property’s accounting integrity may be retained with their link to your identity removed.

6. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is limited to authorised users through row level security (RLS) rules. Your session details are stored in a secure area on your device.

7. Children’s Privacy

Paydaşım is not intended for users under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Your Rights and Contact

You have the right to obtain information about your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its processing. Please get in touch with any requests or questions. 9. Cookies and Analytics

On our website, in addition to cookies necessary for the site to function, we may use analytics cookies such as Google Analytics to measure visit statistics. Analytics cookies run only if you select “Accept” in the cookie notice shown on your visit; if you select “Only necessary”, analytics cookies are not loaded and no data is sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may process visit data on Google’s servers abroad. You can clear or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. (The mobile app does not use third-party analytics cookies.)

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email; the current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date above.
