KVKK Disclosure Notice

Dear users,

As Paydaşım (the “Company”), acting as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”), we inform you as follows about the processing of your personal data.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Paydaşım as data controller, for the purposes described in this notice. Contact: info@paydasim.com.tr

2. Personal Data We Process

• Identity and contact: full name, email address, phone number,
• Residence details: property, block and unit number,
• Financial transactions: payment notifications, transfer slip images/documents, amount, receipt number,
• Request/announcement content and any attached images,
• Device and transaction security: notification token, device information, sign-in/session records.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Membership and account management,
• Dues tracking, payment notification and approval processes,
• Communication between manager and resident, request and announcement management,
• Sending push notifications, security, and meeting legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest, and — where required — your explicit consent.

5. Transfer Abroad

The servers of the cloud infrastructure (Supabase), push notification (Google Firebase / Expo) and email delivery providers we use to deliver the service may be located abroad. Accordingly, your personal data may be processed and stored abroad, within the conditions required by the KVKK and with the necessary security measures in place.

6. Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose and the applicable legislation require. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted; records subject to a statutory retention obligation may be kept for the relevant period. You can delete your account in the app via Profile → Security → Delete my account, or by writing to info@paydasim.com.tr.

7. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, to object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
